Yoga for Golf (January 30, 2023) - Hosted by: Heather Bodajla, Yoga & Pilates Instructor + Run Coach

Heather will lead us through an all levels yoga class, moving the whole body, with a focus on the shoulders, core and hips. All you need is a yoga mat or towel for this at home practice.

  • 2-3 golf balls or wiffle (plastic) balls
  • A chair 
  • A golf tee

  • 2 books
  • Comfortable clothing to move in

Mobility for Golf (April 3, 2023) - Hosted by: Megan Sullivan, Athletic Therapist and Fascial Stretch Therapist, Ossum Wellness

If you’re looking to get more out of your body this golf season, join us for our Golf Mobility Workshop with Megan Sullivan. Megan is a Certified Athletic Therapist, Fascial Stretch Therapist and avid golfer from Ossum Wellness in Ancaster, Ontario.

In this workshop, we’ll target commonly tight muscles and joints that can hinder your golf swing such as hip mobility and thoracic spine mobility to help you rotate through the ball better and get more out of your body (and swing) this golf season. 

It is so important to implement a recovery routine into your active lifestyle (especially when golf season starts) to feel your best and play more golf. This workshop is a great start and you’ll learn mobility exercises you can do on your own all year long.
